The studio is filled with all of the equipment you could possibly use. It is truly a community atmosphere and it's pretty obvious that all of the students are enjoying their workouts. Katrina is an excellent instructor, and manages to keep my workouts challenging and interesting despite my back issues.

I have taken the Pilates reformer class with Katrina twice now, and it is amazing! This was my first time trying Pilates, and I was skeptical because I have issues with my back and shoulder. Katrina is extremely attentive and pays attention to your concerns.
